Tallest in Cyprus and Mediterranean
ONE constitutes one of the largest projects in Europe and the tallest seafront residential tower in the Mediterranean. The construction of the project started at the end of 2017 and was completed at the beginning of 2022. The building is located on 28th October Avenue in Limassol and offers excellent sea views, it has 38 floors at a height of 170 meters and is currently the tallest building in Cyprus.

Famous designers
The One Tower was designed by the award-winning British architecture firm WKK Architects, specifically by Hakim Khennouchi working with Tom Wright, the architect of the Burj Al Arab in Dubai, and Geku Kuruvilla George. Eraclis Papachristou Architects is the Local Architect for the project with the structural design completed by Buro Happold Engineering.

Luxury Hotel Services
On the ground floor of the building, you can find shops, a restaurant and a residence lobby. The project also includes a gym, spa, conference room, swimming pool and offers luxury hotel services.
