Limassol Old Port is located right in the heart of the city center, which although it has developed into a cosmopolitan tourist center in recent years, maintains an impeccably modest and traditional image. Despite its modernized appearance, the small fishing boats that dot the harbor testify to how the Old Port has remained true to its original, humble fishing roots.
A major renovation and restoration project culminated in 2014, brought offices, restaurants, shops, a large square, pedestrian walkway and cultural events hall, hosting a range of activities throughout the year. Therefore, the Old Port of Limassol has established itself as a gastronomic destination, where one can enjoy a variety of cuisines, in the company of the amazing views of the sea.
