Top 3 iconic buildings of Southeast Asia

🇲🇾 Merdeka 118 – 678.9m at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
🇻🇳 Landmark 81 – 461m at Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam
🇹🇭 Maha Nakhon – 314m at Bangkok, Thailand

I was lucky enough to visit all three of these buildings. In fact, all three are impressive in three Asian megacities, of which I single out only two.

The capital of Thailand, Bangkok, has not made a particularly positive impression or any impression on me, apart from some Buddhist temples and the terrible traffic jams on its roads.

On the other hand, Kuala Lumpur, the capital of Malaysia, has impressed me. It is a city that gives you the image of a multicultural metropolis that combines characteristics from all over the planet.

Finally, the financial center of Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh City, formerly known as Saigon. Unique and beloved. With the breeze of the sea and the port it reminds a bit of Hong Kong but in a much better version.

In conclusion, my first choice among these three impressive buildings is the Landmark 81 building located in Ho Chi Minh City. It stands out because it emerges at the end of a huge square and offers an endless view of the city’s port.
